We are now looking for quality engineers who want to coordinate quality assurance within production or in projects. Here you will have the opportunity to contribute with expertise in quality standards and communicate the requirements and expectations that are set. In the role of quality engineer, you will coordinate, recommend, and plan quality assurance activities to be carried out in production or assigned projects.

You will drive and be responsible for improvement measures to continuously enhance the quality of our customers' products and our way of working. This involves finding solutions to emerging problems together with cross-functional teams and working long-term on quality and process improvement measures.

Your tasks may include:

• Ensuring product quality and being responsible for quality assurance activities and methods.
• Continuously monitoring the quality situation and initiating quality assurance measures as needed.
• Driving root cause analyses and corrective actions.
• Participating in preparations and execution of reviews and decision forums.
• Contributing to broadening the department's overall expertise.

For our market area Quality Engineering (QE), we are now looking for new employees for several of our offices in Sweden. In our team, we have everything from recent graduates to senior professionals with a broad expertise in quality, welding, and materials.

Qualifications

Suitable education is a Master's degree or Bachelor's degree in engineering with a few years of work experience or equivalent acquired experience from the workforce.

It is advantageous if you have any of the following experiences:

• ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and/or EN9100
• 8D, Six Sigma, RCA, FMEA.
• APQP/PPAP
• IPC-610, IPC-620 and IPC-640
• FAI (First Article Inspection), according to EN9102

As a person, you are driven and responsible. We also believe that you are a good communicator with the ability to report and present quality-related milestones. You enjoy collaborating in a group but also working independently under your own responsibility.

Since much of the work may also involve international customers, you are proficient in both Swedish and English, spoken and written.

The position may require you to undergo and be approved in a security clearance, in accordance with the Security Protection Act.

Swedish citizenship is a requirement for this position.
